What are the plans???.
Another day has gone by and nothing new has been released outlining the details of this acquisition.  Speculation has surfaced of assests that will need to be sold off in order to make up some of the purchase price and most of those assets appear to be those owned by Anheuser Busch...surprise, surprise.  Theme Parks, factories that produce cans and bottles, the packing division and some hotels/resorts could be considered 'non-core' assests.  Shareholders on both sides still need to approve the deal and hopefully in the coming weeks we will be educated on all the details of the merger.

This deal is not over yet!  Go buy yourself one share of BUD stock so you can have your say and VOTE BUD!   It's a much easier choice than voting for president!

Also, due to popular demand, we have SHIRTS AVAILABLE!  We'll ship them out as quickly as we can to get them in your hands ASAP!  Continue to support your voice by getting one to wear!

Let's continue to gather support and signatures to let shareholders know IT MORE THAN JUST BEER!  Keep it here!

Not Quite a Done Deal

It's not quite a done deal....Anheuser Busch aggrees to work with InBev's  and accepted a $52 Billion deal creating the worlds largest beer maker. . . BUT FIRST, shareholders and regulators will have to approve the deal.  So much for August Busch IV's 'not on my watch' statement!  What happened to the lawsuits, the reorganization plans and keeping this company in American hands??

Certain sites say that the new name would become Anheuser-Busch InBev.  Check out the latest news links and see for yourself.

Many Anheuser Busch supporters seemed to have gotten complacent in thinking that this was a done deal and others are out there still getting the word out.  Two talented artists have composed songs about the possible takeover and keeping AB here!  Please check out their sites below!

Let's Save More than Just our Beer
Since 1852, Anheuser-Busch has been an American-owned and operated business. In addition to great tasting beer, this company has provided thousands of domestic jobs as well as millions of dollars in charitable donations to nonprofit organizations and disaster relief, and has a long history of environmental awareness. Anheuser-Busch is a huge supporter of our military and their families both here and abroad and is ranked in the ‘Top 50 Military-Friendly Employers’.

Recently in the news, talks of a hostile take over of the company by a European concern have been prevalent. Let’s band together as one voice and try to save more than just our beer. We don’t want another American icon turned over to a foreign company; we want the motto to remain…The Great American Lager.
